Tap On That
Discover Emotional Freedom. Empower Your Life.
Tapping is an incredibly gentle technique you can use to help you reduce stress, improve sleep, manage physical pain, and overcome emotional barriers.
It's an evidence-based technique that blends ancient wisdom from acupressure with elements of cognitive and exposure therapy. Whether used on its own or alongside talk-therapy, tapping offers a quick, accessible, and empowering way to support your emotional well-being anytime, anywhere.
Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) was developed from Thought Field Therapy by Gary Craig.
Tap Into Your Inner Peace
Tapping is quick and easy to use, a round of tapping takes less than 2 minutes - and I can teach you how to use it in less than ten minutes. If you're ready to start your tapping journey you can find all of the Tapping Basics videos by clicking the buttons on the left.
In them I'll teach you what tapping is, where to tap, what to say while tapping (because this gets even experienced practitioners hung up sometimes), how to track your progress using Subjective Units of Distress (a fancy term for a simple 1–10 scale), and I'll walk you through a practice round so you can experience what tapping is like for yourself.
The hardest part is usually getting started. Once you know where to tap and what to say, EFT becomes a tool you can use almost anywhere, whenever life throws something your way.
Whether you're new to tapping or ready to deepen your practice, you'll find information, resources, and guided tapping to help you along the way.

The Tapping Basics

Hi, I'm Kimberly Michelle, and for over a decade, I've been passionate about one thing: helping people find more emotional freedom.
When I learned about Tapping in 2014, it was like seeing the world in a whole new way. I'd watch people who were stressed, anxious, overwhelmed, frustrated, or stuck and think, "You could tap on that."
The frustrated businessman on a call? He could tap on that. The terrified first-time flyer gripping the armrests? He could tap on that too. The anxious woman bouncing her leg in the waiting room? You guessed it. She could tap on that too.
The more I learned about EFT, the more I saw opportunities to use it everywhere.
I've helped people tap on fears, limiting beliefs, relationship challenges, school concerns, finances, grief, overwhelm, performance anxiety, physical pain, and countless other issues. Time and again, I've watched emotional intensity give way to calm, clarity, confidence, and relief.
That's why I created Tap On That.
I wanted a place where people could learn about EFT, access guided tapping sessions, and discover practical tools they could use in everyday life. Whether you're here for a quick tapping round on YouTube, a guided session on a specific issue, a deeper EFT program that allows you to work through an issue layer by layer, or individual support, my hope is that you'll find something here that helps you move forward.
If you're new to tapping, welcome. If you've been tapping for years, I'm glad you're here too.

REDUCES STRESS AND ANXIETY
EFT tapping can help significantly reduce stress and anxiety levels by promoting relaxation and calming the nervous system. This can lead to improved mental well-being and a more balanced emotional state.
ENHANCE PERFORMANCE
Whether you're an athlete, a student, or a professional, EFT can help improve focus, reduce performance anxiety, and increase overall performance. It can help you stay calm and composed under pressure. And remove emotional blocks for sexual performance too.
IMPROVE MOOD & OUTLOOK
Regular EFT practice can lead to improved mood, increased emotional resilience, and a more positive outlook on life. This can be particularly beneficial for those dealing with depression or emotional trauma.
MANAGE PAIN
EFT helps in managing chronic pain by addressing the emotional and psychological aspects of pain. This holistic approach can complement traditional pain management techniques.
IMPROVE SLEEP
By alleviating stress and anxiety, EFT can contribute to better sleep quality. Regular practice can help you fall asleep faster and enjoy more restful sleep, which is crucial for overall health.
SUPPORT WEIGHT LOSS
EFT can help address the emotional triggers and psychological factors behind unhealthy eating habits. This can make it easier to stick to a healthy diet and achieve weight loss goals.
BOOST SELF-ESTEEM
EFT can help release negative beliefs and self-doubt, leading to increased self-esteem and confidence. This can positively impact various areas of your life, from personal relationships to career success.
HEAL TRAUMA
EFT is often used as a complementary therapy for trauma recovery. It can help individuals process and release traumatic memories, reducing the emotional charge associated with them and promoting healing. It's a great resource for PTSD healing.
