Tap Away The Overwhelming Weight of Unpaid Bills.

I've added another guided tapping session to the Financial Freedom playlist. This week's Tapping Tuesday video on my YouTube channel was for Overcoming the Weight of Unpaid Bills.


Living paycheck to paycheck can often mean picking and choosing which bill gets paid this check and what has to wait until next pay day. That pressure can build up, the stress and worries of having your power cut off, being evicted for late rent, or wondering how you are going to keep enough food on the table so you don't go to bed hungry can really take a toll.


Being consistently stressed comes with it's own problems. Physical symptoms can start manifesting, headaches, stomachaches, muscle tension and left untreated can get a whole lot worse. When you're already struggling to make ends meet, the last thing you want is needing a sick day without pay. Keeping your stress levels manageable and relieving the physical symptoms that come along with that stress can be a big relief.


When you're already broke having another bill just isn't possible, so people don't reach out for support. Emotional Freedom Techniques is a great way to manage your stress and anxiety about your finances, and it's right at your fingertips - quite literally. You use your fingertips to tap on acupoints (9 specific spots on your face and body) while talking. The talking is called tapping scripts. And I build those for people - for free on my YouTube channel.


It's pretty easy to learn - I can show you how on my Tapping Basics videos here. But I'll give you a quick rundown here... First you think about whatever the problem is, in this case we're working on unpaid bill stress. Give it an emotional intensity rating - on a scale from 1 to 10 with 1 being no emotional intensity and 10 being the greatest emotional intensity. Then we will tap on the Side of Hand while saying three set-up statements (don't worry you just repeat after me, I wrote the tapping script for you.) We switch to reminder phrases after that. We tap the Eyebrow, Side of Eye, Under Eye, Under Nose, Chin, Collarbone, Underarm and Top of Head. Repeat the reminder phrase acupoints. Take a deep breath, and check in on how we are feeling and rating the intensity on that scale again. I have recorded three rounds, the negative statements, the still have statements, and the positive affirmations too. This takes about 12 minutes, and while it won't solve your unpaid bill issue, it should help calm your stress response and bring you some peace of mind. I find that when I'm not stressed out, my mind can find answers to my problems much easier. A recipe that will stretch the grocery budget a little further, a side hustle to bring in a little more, or calm abundance blocks so the Law of Attraction can bring me more of what I'm thinking about - resources, instead of bills :) All you have to do next is turn on the tapping session here. I'll tell you where the acupoints are that we are tapping next, and there is a diagram so you can see exactly where to tap if you want to skip the basics playlist (but I show you in person where to tap so many find that helpful).
